All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If any item is out of stock after your purchase:

• We will fulfill the available products.

• We will contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location within India. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout and collected with your order.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

• Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Once a perfume, attar, body mist, roll-on, or solid perfume is delivered, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3.2 Warranty / Damaged or Incorrect Item Returns

We take quality seriously and carefully pack every order. However replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

1. You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

                2. The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

                3. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

Note: Products that are used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for replacement.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

4.2 Dispatch Time

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on holidays/weekends are shipped the next business day.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

We can update your delivery address before the order is dispatched. Please contact us promptly.

4.4 P.O. Box & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

4.5 Items Out of Stock

If your order includes an out-of-stock item:

• We will hold the order until the item is restocked.

• You may request a split shipment or a refund for the unavailable item.

4.6 Delivery Delays
